we rented a AirBnb in Point Arena. wife's birthday.

this is a milestone birthday for her.  I was planning a party, but she wanted to keep it low-key.  so she opted for a quiet ocean rental, with our dog..and seafood.

I was thinking of collecting limpets and maybe some urchin to pretend forage. haha...as far as I can tell, we picked one area that is robustly protected against any harvest, right?

I still need to do some research.  it would bum me out not to be able to cast out a line for a perch.  hahah..

Depending on the date you are going and seasonal regs - You can probably find what you are looking for at Arena Cove. Perch are fairly plentiful at the pier.
