I'm unable to sign-up for 2024 AOTY. Help!

I have spent a few hours trying to enter AOTY sign-up for 2024. 
Paypal says "can't find fundraiser"
Sign-in says username and/or password are already used (It IS me!)
Sign-up says username and/or password are already used (It IS me!)
I contacted an "admin." for help, but still cannot enter.
I have just re-registered as a "new member" and tried to enter AOTY, but foiled again as admin. has not approved my new membership.
It might be easier for me to catch a Ling Cod in Lake Tahoe!
I am launching today and behemoths are lurking in the target waters awaiting my offerings, no doubt overly anxious to meet me eye-to-eye.

AOTY has been free for the last few years, so no payment is needed.

I didn’t get a message regarding you’re account needing to be activated, so I’m not sure who you tried contacting or when, but your account is up to date now.

I've replied in DM to you and to the email from the new account you requested.  Please reply, I've been trying to help.

To ThreemoneyJ and Al,
1. I just tried again to sign-up for AOTY and I still get the same messages (username and password are already used).
2.  Going to the AOTY menu selection on the tool bar and selecting it, I get a full screen photo of Joe's fish and the two options - sign-up and sign-in.  There is nothing else except to return to NCKA and the var. items for AOTY (rules, species, archive, etc.).   If I am entered (being no fee, and being a member since 2005) I do no see an option for entering my catches.

I realize it takes a lot of your time and the others who run the website and I really do appreciate that. 
Is it possible that I am on an old website (except I do see up-to-date entries/items)?
