Kayak demo at Rancho Seco 5/15

Hey guys. Just wanted to let everyone know that my shop, Headwaters Kayak out of Lodi will be having a free Demo Day at Rancho Seco on May 15th from 10-4pm. We will have a bunch of fishing kayaks from Emotion, Cobra, Jackson, and hopefully the new Santa Cruz Raptor. This is a free event and open to anyone, however there is a $10 charge to get into the lake. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and try fishing off of some of the kayaks. It would be a great opportunity to try stand up sight fishing from the new Jackson Coosa, and the Raptor.

We will also have paddles and other gear to demo. Also feel free to bring something for grilling because we will have a few BBQ's going. It's going to be a fun day of hanging out OTW. Hope some of you can make it out.

P.S. If you have your own kayak and just want to come hang out, we would love that as well. We chose Rancho because its great for hosting groups, and it also has good fishing.

Sorry man, I'm not a OK Dealer. They are great kayaks however there are a lot of dealers in my area including a few big box stores so I choose to sell other brands. The T 13 is an awesome kayak though. It's possible that Adventure Sports in Sac has demos. Also come check out the Cobra Marauder. Its 14' but it paddles like a much shorter kayak due to the rocker. Its my personal favorite.

    Sounds like a good opportunity to paddle this where there's no current and calm waters for a change.    I'm looking forward to being there.  Would like to see the comparison between all these different boats.  Thanks for the invite Dan.

would we have to take iodine tablets before playing in the water at Rancho Seco?   
might bring my Hobie Pro Angler and Hobie Outback out................
